[Search and book by yourself] Flow from hotel search to reservation completion

This page explains BORDER’s [Search and book by yourself] process from searching for hotel reservations to payment. Please click on the section you would like to view.

Cancel the hotel booking

Our hotel reservation system is only in JAPANESE. If you would like to display the page in English, please use the features of your browser to display it in English.

STEP1. New Request

First, click on New Request and select “Search and book by yourself“.

Next, enter your business trip information on the “Order Your Trip” screen.

At that time, please select “Hotels” under “What to reserve by yourself”.

After entering the required information, click “Request a business trip arrangements.”

STEP2. Search and book hotel

When you click Request Business Trip Arrangements, a chat page will be generated, and a URL where you can make your own hotel reservation will be sent in the message field of the chat page, so click on the URL.

Next, we will search for a hotel. Please select your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of people using it.

Our hotel reservation system is only in JAPANESE. If you would like to display the page in English, please use the features of your browser to display it in English.

Please select the applicable rules from the ‘Business Trip Regulations’ section.

Please select your desired hotel.

Select your desired hotel and it will be reflected as below. Check your desired accommodation plan, rates, cancellation policy, etc.

※Note※
For accommodation plans that are marked as “返金不可(=non-refundable)” a cancellation fee will be charged as soon as the reservation is completed.
The cancellation fee will be 100% of the accommodation cost, so please be careful when making a reservation.
Also, if you have selected the applicable regulations in the ‘Business Trip Regulations’ when searching for a hotel, an error message will appear if the upper limit is exceeded

Once you have decided on your desired accommodation plan, enter the guest information.

After that, please press “予約を完了する (Complete the booking)”

※Note※
When you click “Confirmation of your reservation”, you will also complete the payment for the quote.
If the name of the guest is different, you may not be able to stay, so please be sure to confirm the hotel name, room type, check-in/out date, and cancellation fee date before completing the reservation.

Please note that if you enter the wrong email address, the reservation completion email will not be sent and you will not receive the reservation form (voucher).

Once your reservation is complete, you will be taken to the screen below.

Once completed, a reservation completion email (Title: 【BORDER】ホテルの予約が完了しました) will be sent to the email address registered in the guest information.
This reservation completion email will serve as your hotel voucher, so please keep it in a safe place.

STEP3.Check the quote

For hotel reservations, the order is completed as soon as you click on the quote, so you need no action.
If you use BORDER’s approval function, please link the ordered quotation to the business trip request for approval.

Cancel the hotel booking

You can cancel your own hotel reservations from within the BORDER system, even outside business hours.
Additionally, changes will result in a new reservation, so please cancel your existing reservation and make a new reservation.

Cancel from BORDER

If you booked a hotel yourself, you can cancel it from the quote.
View quotes from threads.

Click the red “Cancel” button in the quote

A message confirming the cancellation will pop up, so click “OK” to complete the cancellation.

Once the cancellation is complete, a new quote order message will be displayed on the chat screen. You can check that the order has been canceled by clicking “Here to order” and viewing the quote.

In the estimate, make sure that “Hotel cancellation” is included in the Arrangements column.

 

When customers respond to emergencies by themselves

If a problem occurs outside of business hours and on the day of check-in, it will be an emergency response.
